How to Use OneSERT

The OneSERT process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and easy to activate during high-pressure situations.

Step 1: Activate OneSERT

Call Milbank’s after-hours OneSERT emergency line at 800-227-5564.

Step 2: Submit an Emergency Order

  • Emergency orders must be placed on a separate purchase order
  • The PO should clearly state “Emergency Order”
  • Orders should be submitted via email for fastest processing

Step 3: Manufacturing, Stocking & Shipping Coordination

  • If local stock is unavailable, emergency-built or expedited shipments may include a 10% emergency adder
  • Additional charges may apply for raw material procurement, revised production schedules, or overtime labor
  • Customers are responsible for non-standard shipping requests, including air freight, exclusive truck lines, lift gates, or residential delivery
