Power Distribution & Controls
The Power Distribution category in the Southwest region continued to have strong customer engagement and quotation activity in June, with focus on EV opportunities, Enclosed Controls growth, utility meetings, engineering group presentations, and project development across the region. PV continues to be the main driver of growth.June was a highly active month of customer and market engagement with visits to Dallas and Phoenix with continued emphasis on engineering and contractor influence. I supported multiple customer touchpoints in Dallas and Phoenix including engineering presentations, contractor meetings, and distributor coordination efforts, helping expand specification awareness, and improving positioning of Milbank Power Solutions.
Engagements throughout the month were centered on advancing EV infrastructure opportunities, utility-driven pedestal applications, commercial and contractor driven projects, and engineering led specifications across the region. Additional focus was placed on aligning with distribution partners and supporting ongoing project coordination to maintain strong quotation activity and pipeline development across the entire region.
July will continue that momentum with a focus on converting active quote activity into orders, advancing key opportunities across the entire region, and maintaining strong engagement with engineering firms, contractors, utilities, and distribution partners with trips to Southern California and Albuquerque on the docket. The priority remains driving closure on existing opportunities while continuing to build pipeline through targeted customer engagement across the Southwest region.

- Fields Electrical Sales Training & Travel (June 2–4): Key activities include conducting dedicated PDC training on June 3, alongside targeted visits to local engineering firms and municipalities to promote and discuss PWRVance solutions.
- A significant EV infrastructure win with Holbrook and a local contractor for "Save-On Gas." The project spans 5 new installation sites and features (4) 2000A cabinets and (1) 1200A cabinet, bringing the total value for this order to $265,000. We are currently working through the final details with the contractor and expect to receive the formal purchase order next week.

I want to THANK both of our Export Representatives, LAREPs and FRM Export, for the sales they were able to accomplish this month with their customer base. LAREPs (Ben Contreras, Angeles Sanchez, Carol Serafin) saw back-to-back growth in sales in May and June while FRM Export (Wilber Hernandez, Liz Haesche) were able to land a significant order in June to close this month on a positive note. Appreciate all the efforts that our export representatives put forth for Milbank!Currie Gieg | Regional Sales Manager, East,

As we complete Q2, we have reached and exceeded our AOP goals for the quarter. This is due in large part to the continued momentum created by our Sales Representatives' focus on our strengths. "Stock and Flow" inventory levels at our warehouses continue to support this momentum. We are also seeing a continued trend of distributor conversions from our National Multi-Territory Distributor Partners, along with increased awareness of our NEMA offering, both of which have contributed to increased sales. Going into Q3, we expect this trend to continue as we enter our typically high-volume quarter.

Power Distribution & Controls
Over the past several weeks, I had the opportunity to visit Oregon, Utah, and Northern California, engaging with engineering firms, contractors, and distributor partners to promote our Power Distribution & Controls products. A consistent theme across these discussions was the noticeable increase in medium- to large-scale residential construction, with service requirements typically ranging from 800 to 3,000 Amps. Many of these larger residential projects include expanded infrastructure such as gated entry systems, irrigation, landscape lighting, and on-site generators. These added power demands are driving the need for integrated, scalable solutions. PWRvance is an ideal all-in-one solution for these applications, with the ability to support dedicated circuits while offering the flexibility to incorporate lighting controls and an automatic transfer switch, making it a strong fit for generator-backed residential installations.

Metering & Enclosures
The Metering & Enclosures business in the Northwest region saw a significant increase in sales across all product categories. Notable project orders, along with shortened lead times and improved product availability, contributed to this growth.Customer inventory levels also appear to be returning to normal across most areas, which should result in more predictable ordering patterns going forward. Thank you to everyone for making June such a successful month.
Looking forward to July with a couple truck and trailer weeks in the Upper Midwest followed by some customer and utility visits in the West.
