Milbank Announces New Organizational Structure to Drive Long-Term Growth and Market Expansion
Milbank Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of metering, enclosures, and power distribution & controls solutions, today announced a new organizational structure designed to strengthen its core business, accelerate growth, and position the company for long-term sustainability.
The company will now operate under two strategic platforms: Metering & Enclosures and Power Distribution & Controls. Each platform will be supported by regionally aligned sales, customer experience, and product management teams to ensure stronger collaboration, enhanced communication, and improved customer support.

Metering & Enclosures
Metering remains the foundation of Milbank’s business. The newly created Metering & Enclosures platform will include meter sockets, heavy-duty products, meter combos, NEMA enclosures, disconnects, and RV/mobile home products.- Leadership: Stacey Lager has been appointed Sr. Director of Sales & National Accounts for the platform. In this role, she will oversee national account relationships and lead a campaign with Brand Ambassador Challie Henke to strengthen key partnerships nationwide.
- Regional Sales Managers: Chad Palmer (Northwest), Currie Gieg (East), and Cleto Caudillo II (Southwest) will lead the regional sales efforts.
- Customer Experience and Product teams will also align regionally, creating unified support for Milbank’s distributor and utility partners.
Power Distribution & Controls
The Power Distribution & Controls platform will encompass Milbank’s enclosed controls product line and its rapidly growing PWRvance high-amperage solutions.- Leadership: Ben Godfrey has been appointed Sr. Director of Sales for the platform.
- Regional Sales Managers: Justin Enge (East), Andrew Tait (Southwest), and Mindy Dohrman (Northwest), who has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager after nearly three decades with the company in technical and product management roles.
- Engineering Leadership: Brian Hagen has been promoted to Director of Engineering – Power Distribution & Controls. He will continue to drive product innovation, including recent advancements in 2000A and 3000A solutions.
- Product Management: Shawn Chaffee has been promoted to Product Manager – Power Distribution & Controls, where he will lead strategy and development.
