In this role, Michael will lead the manufacturing organization with a focus on safety, quality, operational
excellence, and continuous improvement. As part of a planned leadership transition, he will work closely
with Doug Ubel through the end of 2026 to ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge.

Michael brings extensive manufacturing leadership experience and a proven track record of driving
operational performance, developing talent, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Most
recently, he served as Plant Manager for Precoat Metals, overseeing operations, engineering,
maintenance, workforce development, business performance, and customer relationships. He holds a
bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Michael and his family are already exploring their new city, attending sporting events, trying new restaurants, and seeing new places together. After several moves throughout the Midwest and Southeast, they are excited to call Kansas City home and look forward to embracing the Chiefs, local barbecue, and all the area has to offer.

Michael is passionate about manufacturing, continuous learning, and building high-performing teams; and he looks forward to contributing to Milbank's continued growth and success.
